free high-res posters

With our poster serie 'Climate Calling' we adress the causes and effects of climate change. The main driver of climate change is the greenhouse effect. Some gases in the Earth's atmosphere act a bit like the glass in a greenhouse, trapping the sun's heat and stopping it from leaking back into space and causing global warming. Human activities, such as burning fossil fuels and destroying rainforests, have an increasing influence on the climate and the Earth’s temperature. This adds huge quantities of greenhouse gases to those naturally present in the atmosphere, increasing the greenhouse effect and global warming. Humans and wild animals face new challenges for survival because of climate change. More frequent and intense drought, storms, heat waves, rising sea levels, melting glaciers and warming oceans can directly harm animals, destroy the places they live, and damage people's livelihoods and communities.
