Sustainability Balanced Scorecard Consultation

Our consulting services are tailored to the uniqueness of the hospitality industry. Together with you (and your team) we develop a strategic plan and a Sustainability Balanced Scorecard with meaningful performance measures / KPIs as part of a (semi) yearly cycle. Our Eight Steps to Sustainable Success™ framework is a practical and proven method to effectively shape meaningful sustainability projects. The Sustainability Balanced Scorecard is based on this framework.

ESG Strategies

Strategies should be engaging and have useful documents and not lying on a shelf and gather dust. We can work with you to develop bespoke sustainability strategies, aligned to your business principles and - culture, that provide clear direction and measurable goals to shape your ESG journey. Defining what you want to achieve on the environmental, social, and governance front is the first step to build your ESG strategy. Once you've defined your ESG goals, the next step is to track and measure them. Building a Green Team is the third, and probably the most important step. Your Green Team can help guide and promote your ESG strategy and goals. The Banyan Team will motivate, develop and support your Green Team!

Sustainability and your Supply Chain

A sustainable supply chain includes the same elements as a regular supply chain, with the main difference that in a sustainable supply chain attention is paid to the three sustainable elements: People, Planet, Profit. Examples of sustainability in the supply chain are the prevention of child labour, increasing employee involvement (People), reducing waste, lower energy consumption (Planet) and new customer groups and revenue growth (profit). Together with the Banyan Team you will work on a sustainable procurement strategy and we will link it to your overall sustainability strategy. Using people, planet and profit as core elements of your supply chain strategy, results in a sustainable procurement policy.
